1. Quiénes somos y qué es AXIS
AXIS Performance ("AXIS", "el Servicio") es un servicio de seguimiento de hábitos y nutrición operado bajo la marca AXIS Labs por Raúl, con domicilio en España (el "Prestador"). Contacto: oficialvanta@gmail.com. AXIS funciona íntegramente a través de WhatsApp: registras lo que comes en lenguaje natural y un sistema de inteligencia artificial analiza tus registros, estima calorías y macronutrientes, mantiene tus rachas y te envía mensajes de seguimiento y accountability.
2. Transparencia sobre inteligencia artificial (Reglamento UE de IA)
De conformidad con el artículo 50 del Reglamento (UE) 2024/1689 (Reglamento de Inteligencia Artificial), te informamos de forma expresa de que al usar AXIS interactúas con un sistema de inteligencia artificial, no con una persona. Las estimaciones nutricionales son aproximaciones generadas por IA y pueden contener errores.
3. AXIS no es consejo médico
AXIS no es un profesional sanitario, no es un dietista-nutricionista y no es un producto sanitario. AXIS no diagnostica, no prescribe, no trata enfermedades y no sustituye en ningún caso el criterio de un profesional de la salud. Si tienes o sospechas tener una condición médica (incluidos trastornos de la conducta alimentaria), consulta a un profesional sanitario antes de usar el Servicio y deja de usarlo si te lo indica. Ante indicios de riesgo, AXIS interrumpe el servicio y te remite a recursos profesionales.
4. Requisito de edad: solo mayores de 18 años
AXIS es exclusivamente para personas de 18 años o más. Durante el alta se te pedirá confirmación expresa. Si declaras ser menor de 18 años, el acceso se desactiva y se reembolsa íntegramente cualquier pago realizado. Si detectamos posteriormente que un usuario es menor, cancelaremos la cuenta y eliminaremos sus datos.
5. Planes, precios y renovación automática
- Plan de lanzamiento: 29,99 € por 6 meses de servicio (equivalente a 4,16 €/mes), pago único por adelantado. Al finalizar los 6 meses se renueva automáticamente en periodos de 6 meses al precio entonces vigente, salvo cancelación previa.
- Plan mensual: 9,99 € al mes, con renovación automática mensual salvo cancelación previa.
Los precios incluyen los impuestos aplicables. Los pagos se procesan a través de Stripe. Te avisaremos con antelación razonable de cualquier cambio de precio, que solo se aplicará a partir de la siguiente renovación.
6. Cancelación
Puedes cancelar en cualquier momento escribiendo BAJA por WhatsApp o enviando un correo a oficialvanta@gmail.com. La cancelación surte efecto al final del periodo ya pagado. La cancelación no genera penalización alguna.
7. Derecho de desistimiento (14 días) y su renuncia
Como consumidor en la UE tienes derecho a desistir del contrato en un plazo de 14 días naturales sin indicar motivo. AXIS es un servicio digital cuya prestación comienza inmediatamente tras el pago. Al contratar, consientes expresamente el inicio inmediato de la prestación y reconoces que, una vez ejecutado completamente el servicio, pierdes el derecho de desistimiento; si desistes dentro de los 14 días habiendo comenzado la prestación, se te reembolsará el importe proporcional a la parte no disfrutada. Para ejercerlo, escribe a oficialvanta@gmail.com indicando tu número de teléfono.
8. Política de reembolso
En el plan de 6 meses, si cancelas antes de que termine el periodo, reembolsamos la parte proporcional de los meses completos no consumidos. En el plan mensual, el mes en curso no es reembolsable, y no se te volverá a cobrar. Los reembolsos por desistimiento (cláusula 7) o por menores de edad (cláusula 4) se procesan íntegros o prorrateados según corresponda, en un máximo de 14 días, por el mismo medio de pago.
9. Uso aceptable
Te comprometes a no usar AXIS para fines ilícitos, a no intentar extraer o manipular los sistemas y prompts internos del Servicio, y a no suplantar la identidad de terceros. Podemos suspender cuentas que incumplan estas condiciones, reembolsando la parte proporcional no consumida salvo incumplimiento grave.
10. Limitación de responsabilidad
En la máxima medida permitida por la ley, la responsabilidad total del Prestador quedará limitada al importe pagado por el usuario en los 12 meses anteriores al hecho que la origine. Nada en estos términos limita la responsabilidad que no pueda limitarse legalmente ni afecta a tus derechos irrenunciables como consumidor. AXIS depende de servicios de terceros (WhatsApp, Twilio, Anthropic, Supabase, Stripe); no garantizamos disponibilidad ininterrumpida.
11. Ley aplicable y resolución de conflictos
Estos términos se rigen por la legislación española. Cualquier controversia se someterá a los juzgados y tribunales del domicilio del consumidor. Puedes acudir también a las Juntas Arbitrales de Consumo. Comisión Europea — plataforma de resolución de litigios en línea: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

1. Who we are and what AXIS is
AXIS Performance ("AXIS", "the Service") is a habit and nutrition tracking service operated under the AXIS Labs brand by Raúl, domiciled in Spain (the "Provider"). Contact: oficialvanta@gmail.com. AXIS runs entirely on WhatsApp: you log what you eat in natural language and an artificial-intelligence system analyzes your logs, estimates calories and macronutrients, maintains your streaks and sends you follow-up and accountability messages.
2. AI transparency (EU AI Act)
Pursuant to Article 50 of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 (the AI Act), we expressly inform you that when using AXIS you are interacting with an artificial-intelligence system, not a person. Nutritional estimates are AI-generated approximations and may contain errors.
3. AXIS is not medical advice
AXIS is not a healthcare professional, not a registered dietitian and not a medical device. AXIS does not diagnose, prescribe or treat any condition and never replaces the judgment of a health professional. If you have or suspect a medical condition (including eating disorders), consult a healthcare professional before using the Service and stop using it if so advised. If risk indicators are detected, AXIS interrupts the service and refers you to professional resources.
4. Age requirement: 18+
AXIS is exclusively for people aged 18 or older. Express confirmation is requested during onboarding. If you state that you are under 18, access is deactivated and any payment is fully refunded. If we later detect that a user is a minor, we will cancel the account and delete their data.
5. Plans, prices and automatic renewal
- Launch plan: €29.99 for 6 months of service (equivalent to €4.16/month), paid upfront. At the end of the 6 months it renews automatically in 6-month periods at the then-current price, unless cancelled beforehand.
- Monthly plan: €9.99 per month, renewing automatically each month unless cancelled beforehand.
Prices include applicable taxes. Payments are processed by Stripe. We will give you reasonable advance notice of any price change, which will only apply from the next renewal.
6. Cancellation
You may cancel at any time by texting STOP on WhatsApp or emailing oficialvanta@gmail.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid. No cancellation penalty applies.
7. 14-day right of withdrawal and its waiver
As an EU consumer you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason. AXIS is a digital service whose performance begins immediately after payment. By purchasing, you expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that once the service has been fully performed you lose the right of withdrawal; if you withdraw within the 14 days after performance has begun, you will be refunded pro rata for the part not enjoyed. To exercise it, write to oficialvanta@gmail.com stating your phone number.
8. Refund policy
On the 6-month plan, if you cancel before the period ends, we refund the pro-rata amount for full unused months. On the monthly plan, the current month is non-refundable and you will not be charged again. Refunds for withdrawal (clause 7) or minors (clause 4) are processed in full or pro rata as applicable, within 14 days, via the original payment method.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to use AXIS for unlawful purposes, not to attempt to extract or manipulate the Service’s internal systems and prompts, and not to impersonate third parties. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms, refunding the unused pro-rata amount except in cases of serious breach.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Provider’s total liability is limited to the amount paid by the user in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited or affects your non-waivable consumer rights. AXIS depends on third-party services (WhatsApp, Twilio, Anthropic, Supabase, Stripe); uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.
11. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts of the consumer’s domicile. You may also use consumer arbitration boards. European Commission online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
